The service enables customers to place their servers and equipment in Neterra data centers and to connect to some of the largest international and all Bulgarian telecom operators.
Colocation is targeted to all Bulgarian and international clients who want to ensure continuity of their businesses, take advantage of the high speed diverse Internet connectivity, "Free-cooling"air conditioning system, uninterruptible power supply, and resistance to natural disasters.
Neterra data centers meet all the necessary requirements for room temperature, humidity, dust, continuity of electric power supply, internet connectivity, etc.
Neterra provides 24-hour technical support, authorized access to clients equipment and 24/7/365 security.

Floor height - 3,50 m. and raised floor to 0,5 m.;
Floor point loading - 3кN (300kg);
Two independent incoming cable lines for external connections to each MMR;
Two independent routes for communication cables coming from MMR to the clients equipment;
Two independent sources of electric power supply with the ability to absorb 100% of the loading;
1+1 electric generators, switching automatically to each other with an extra fuel tank for 72 hours;
Two fully independent А UPS (N+1) и В UPS (N+1) systems;
Two fully independent А (N+1) 48V и В (N+1) 48V power supply units;
Super high-power (N+1) Free Cooling air-conditioning system to control the temperature and humidity;
