Mr. Neven Dilkov, Managing Director of Neterra Ltd., was invited as a speaker to the second annual wholesale telecommunications congress for the Balkans region - Capacity Balkans 2007.

The event took place on 23rd and 24th of April in Bucharest, Romania and was organized by Capacity magazine. The conference brought together senior decision makers from local, regional and international providers. It presented the leading tendencies in telecommunications and provided a wealth of networking opportunities.

At Capacity Balkans 2007 Mr. Dilkov held a presentation and answered questions concerning possibilities of the market and demand for converged services in the region, future strategies for delivering live TV and VoD over IP in the Balkans, as well as, integrating video over IP into the company's business model.
