Support Engineer

Work and responsibilities:

 

  • Manages customer support calls
  • Software surveillance of the communication equipment , as well as elimination of failures according to approved procedures
  • Solves hardware, software and network problems
  • Takes duties by schedule
  • Carries on correspondation with partners and customers of Neterra from the country and abroad and coordination in solving problems

 

Requirements for the successful candidate:

 

  • University degree in telecommunications or radio communications, computer systems, informatics, automatics
  • Fluent English - written and spoken
  • Critical situations management skills for elimination of urgent technical problems
  • Good communicative skills
  • Self-control skills and capability for work under pressure;
  • Knowledge of Linux OS, TCP/IP protocol, routing protocols is an advantage
