Support Engineer
Work and responsibilities:
- Manages customer support calls
- Software surveillance of the communication equipment , as well as elimination of failures according to approved procedures
- Solves hardware, software and network problems
- Takes duties by schedule
- Carries on correspondation with partners and customers of Neterra from the country and abroad and coordination in solving problems
Requirements for the successful candidate:
- University degree in telecommunications or radio communications, computer systems, informatics, automatics
- Fluent English - written and spoken
- Critical situations management skills for elimination of urgent technical problems
- Good communicative skills
- Self-control skills and capability for work under pressure;
- Knowledge of Linux OS, TCP/IP protocol, routing protocols is an advantage
