Currently we are looking for a local independent consultant / representative in the Middle East

We need a trusted local professional on a freelance / contractor / retainer basis who can support Neterra with market entry and ongoing local administration in one or more Middle East countries.

Scope of work:

  • support with company incorporation / registration of a local entity, if needed
  • maintain the local company on an ongoing basis
  • coordinate with local authorities, external counsel, and service providers
  • assist with preparation and filing of documents for telecom or other regulatory licences / approvals, if required
  • support local corporate housekeeping, renewals, filings, and practical administrative matters
  • act as a reliable local point of coordination for regulatory and operational matters

Ideal profile:

  • strong experience with company registration and corporate maintenance in your country
  • good understanding of local regulatory / licensing procedures
  • telecom / technology / connectivity sector experience is a strong advantage
  • ability to work independently and coordinate efficiently with an international team
  • excellent English; Arabic is a strong plus

We’re expanding our DWDM network, and we’re looking for a NOC Engineer to provide second-level support for DWDM technologies. This role includes both network monitoring and hands-on work with DWDM equipment.

 
What You’ll Do
• Provide second-level support for DWDM network incidents escalated from NOC
• Monitor and maintain DWDM infrastructure
• Assist in activation, modification, and testing of DWDM services
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with senior engineers for resolution
• Hands-on work with DWDM equipment, including configuration, testing, and maintenance
• Build deeper expertise in DWDM and optical transport technologies

Who You Are
• You have experience in a NOC or network operations role
• You have basic knowledge of DWDM technologies
• You’re comfortable with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting alerts
• You’re open to working hands-on with telecom equipment
• You’re eager to learn and grow your DWDM skills
• You speak and write English at B2 level or higher
