We're seeking software development engineers to contribute to advancing our dynamic ERP platform. Key job responsibilities:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing core services and product features. Your role will encompass significant influence on planning cycles, driving system design and architecture.

Essential Skills:

• Object-oriented PHP

• MySQL-based development and architecture

• Experience with Laravel/Symfony or other MVC frameworks

Advanced Skills:

• Proficiency in NoSQL databases (Redis/MongoDB/Elasticsearch)

• Knowledge of PHPunit and Git

• 2+ years of experience in architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new or existing systems

• Track record of building customer-facing products and services

• Demonstrated abilities in a tech environment, showcasing operational excellence and best practices.

You will be expected to:

• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services

• Support the presales process with developing appropriate technical solutions for the services

supported by its team

• Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes

• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to

develop solutions for IT needs

• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software

• Organize troubleshooting or repair when necessary for IT equipment

• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization

• Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems

• Communicate with other departments as collaboration requires

• Organize the service activation process within the IT department including the proper documentation and monitoring

• Supervises IT department staff, including setting schedules, implementing training, and assessing performance

You can contribute if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 5-6 years of experience working in IT operations

• Experience in: Linux servers, MS Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Mail Servers (Zimbra, MS Exchange), Data Bases, Monitor systems (Nagios, Zabbix), Virtualizations (KVM, Microsoft HyperV, VMWare, etc.), Backup and Restore software; Microsoft Office 365

• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies

• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices

• Excellent written and oral communication English skills.

• Flexibility and an appetite for change and process improvement
